Spontaneously fermented natural sake brewed with the Kijoshu method. Features a great balance of gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity. Fruity aromas and a hint of honey and caramel. Unique sake with features of an off dry German late harvest. Excellent with cheese and desserts.

The Miyoshino Brewing Corporation is located in Nara prefecture, surrounded by the famous Zenbon-Sakura (thousand cherry blossoms). In the middle of this beautiful nature the brewery produces high quality premium sake using the clear, soft and sweet water of an ancient well “Yuzuriha” of Omine mountain and a new sake rice called “Gin no Sake” from Nara prefecture. They brew their sake with the motto “face to face”, delivering only best products to their customers. They don’t compromise on the handcrafted brewing to carefully create “HANATOMOE” sake.
