This set allows you to taste the terroir of Japanese sake. It contains three sake brewed in exactly the same way with Yamada Nishiki rice from three different soils in the same special A district: Yokawa has a rich flavour with good acidity, Toujou has well-balanced aroma and acidity, Yashiro has a mild aroma with round taste.
