A noble Junmai Daiginjo sake with delicate fruitiness and minerality. Outstanding smoothness thanks to the water of Fushimi, the famous sake brewing district in Kyoto city. The elegance of this sake remind of a lady in silk Kimono taking a rest in shade of a willow tree.
