Great interest in sake - Review ProWein 2019

... because it is the best opportunity to present the entire spectrum of our premium sake, shochu and also wines from Japan to trade visitors.

The interest in sake has never been as great as this year. So we were happy to see lots of visitors at our stand. In addition to numerous one-on-one discussions with sommeliers, journalists and specialist dealers, we also held workshops on topics such as sparkling sake, koshu wines and sake pairing.

The visitors - and also the UENO GOURMET team, particularly appreciated that numerous top sake brewers were there in person (DEWAZAKURA, URAKASUMI, AMABUKI, FUKUJU, IMAYO TSUKASA, SHICHIKEN, KATSUYAMA, NINKI). So you learned everything about sake brewing and the philosophy of the sake makers firsthand.
