2) Junmai Sake - A very classic sake that shows the typical flavor components of a good sake very round and harmonious is the Sake URAKASUMI "Misty Bay" Junmai 300ml (SU03-03).

3) Ginjo Sake - A classic and aromatic Ginjo is Dewazakura "Cherry Blossom" 300ml (SD41-03).

4) Junmai Daiginjo Sake - A high quality Junmai Daiginjo is AMABUKI "Rhododendron" 180ml. Full bodied with fine umami and light aroma (SA16-01).
