Clear and sophisticated barley shochu thanks to low temperature aging and the soft water of northern Japan. Tender barley note; soft and mild.

Founded 1875 by a master of sword martial art, with the ambition to brew Sake from the local water. Located at Chikugo river in Fukuoka. The name Ikekame means turtle in the pond. The turtle is a symbol for luck and long life.
